Yloy Ybarra, Dancer YLOY has been trained in Spain, Texas and New York. His dance background is extensive in
ballet, jazz, modern and ethnic dance. Besides working in New York, he continues to be
a guest artist with many companies as a teacher, dancer and choreographer. Some credits
include Maria Benitez, Jose Greco, the Metropolitan and Dallas Opera's, entertainer
Charo, Flamenco Latino, La Repompa de Malaga, Sol y Sombra and Carlota Santana. He has
been featured on Spain's TeleMadrid and Canal Sur and has for many years produced and
directed "Encuentro Flamenco en la Rabita Baja" in Ronda. Yloy is a recipient of
numerous grants and awards for his work with children and continues to be in demand
as a dance educator. "Ballet Fiesta Mexicana de Yloy Ybarra" was founded in 1999,
and servers as ambassador to Mexican culture to a large variety of audiences some
venues include; Thalia Theatre, Metropolitan Museum, The American Museum of Natural
History, Queen's Museum, Children Museum of N.Y., Riverside Church and Queens Theatre
